As a kid, well younger I mean; I hated going to school. It wasn’t that I did poorly in school but it didn’t seem like I was going anywhere in school and it was very boring. Until, I learned that being good at school will definitely benefit in the long run. Knowledge is power I always say. Having a school that provides really strong teachers and has high grades will definitely be a benefit. Having fun in school is also something to note. School shouldn’t be about the worst parts of your childhood but the starting of something great. That’s why the best schools or even teachers try to make learning fun and memorable. Also, schools carrying extra-curricular activities are a great way to start having a little fun in school and even letting some steam off. Always try to have a little fun while in school so you’re not “brain-dead.” But inside the learning environment or a classroom for instance, the teacher should really try to interact with the students and try to make a lesson more enjoyable. These lessons will help us later on in life no matter how boring they are. That’s why I think it’s best to learn as much as you can so that you can be something better later on in life. Why fool around in school and try really hard to get a very low paying job when you could have tried really hard in school and learn as much as you can to get your dream job or a high paying job? Knowledge or a brain is one thing humans have that should not be wasted. Empower yourself with knowledge and you won’t regret it. When you’re in school wondering why I am sitting here listening to a boring lesson, tell yourself knowledge is power and try your hardest. Even if your having a bad day, remember it will get better later on in life. Keep your chin high. #knowlegeispower
Oklahoma has been experiencing an earthquake boom in recent years. In 2014, the state had 585 quakes of at least magnitude 3. Up through 2008, it averaged only three quakes of that strength each year. Something odd is happening.
But scientists at the Oklahoma Geological Survey have downplayed a possible connection between increasing fracking in the state and the increasing number of tremors. Even as other states (Ohio, for example) quickly put two and two together and shut down some drilling operations that were to blame, OGS scientists said that more research was needed before their state took similar steps.
Now, though, emails obtained by EnergyWire reporter Mike Soraghan reveal that the University of Oklahoma and its oil industry funders were putting pressure on OGS scientists to downplay the connection between earthquakes and the injection of fracking wastewater underground. In 2013, a preliminary OGS report noted possible correlation between…

I really think laughter is always great to have when your sick. It takes you mind off how bad you are feeling and gets some of you feeling better. Even if your not sick or just having a bad day, making someone smile or laugh will brighten up their day just a little more. As I always say it’s good to shed a good laugh once in a while to make you forget about your troubles. So go out there and brighten up someones day.
No matter how it is, your always going to meet people that “grind your gears” but be the better person calm down and live the rest of your day normally. Find your happy place or just do something that will distract your mind. To try to fix your situation try to interact and find a topic or field with that person. Hopefully you click and your now friends and your day is easier. If not oh well at least you tried. Live your life for you, don’t let others that you don’t need control your life.
